It was most likely me. On the page's history, every change made was made by me "From August 18th until September 14th".
The old navigation had several issues that made it hard to find essential pages, which is why it has been fully remade. The new navigation is designed to be more user-friendly and organized, making it easier to access pages and categories.

It hasn't been confirmed if he is a Rainbow Friend, he only has been referred to as "The Scientist", and not "Red".
There are currently 6 Rainbow Friends in the series. If the Scientist is included, it would be 7.
There are also 3 unused Rainbow Friends (Yellow Senior, Pink ,and Red).

About the promotion of the Multilanguage wiki, no. It hasn't been added to the wiki yet and should be atleast confirmed by an Admin. Either people read the 2 posts you've made, or they'll see it in the upper corner after it has been fully added by Beanie.

I can't tell, it depends on when OfficialBeanieBooCollector decides to add them (To add them, a request has to be made to Fandom Staff to link wikis together). She responds and acts very quickly though, atleast from what i know, so maybe 2-3 days (My Guess, also depends on Fandom Staff).

I'm sorry to say this but i can't really help with your wiki :(. Since then, I've started my own translation project (on german), which takes up much time of mine.
Hope you can still make much progress though!
