Overview
Nights / Hours function as Levels for each Chapter, each giving the Players different objectives to complete (For Example: Different Items or the Roller Coaster in Chapter 2). Each Night / Hour ends with a cutsence, which then transitions into the next Night / Hour.
Chapter 1

Night 1 is the first night of Chapter 1.
About[]
The Scientist says their blocks fell down and then tells the players to pick all 24 of them back up. The players have to avoid Blue, the first monster in the game to be introduced.

- The Scientist switching the sign from Odd World, which causes the Bus the players were on to crash.
- The Scientist drag's away the unconscious Players into Hemlock Woods.
- The Scientist telling the the players to find 24 Blocks, after Blue pushed them over.
- Green entering Hemlock Woods to kill the players.
Strategies[]
- Since only Blue is active, Players can equip their Box and are completely save in this Night.
- If a player is seen by Blue, they can take a sharp corner and take out their Box. This will make Blue lose you easily. This also works on other Nights, but is harder to do because of the number of Friends later on.

Night 2 is the second night of Chapter 1.
About[]
The Scientist tells the players to pick all 15 Food Packs up scattered across the map. The players have to avoid Blue and Green, the second monster in the game to be introduced.

- Orange gets ready to hunt down and kill the players.

- Players should be aware where Green in is, as he could end up cornering a player while getting chased.

Night 3 is the third night of Chapter 1.
About[]
The Scientist tells the players to pick all 14 Fuses at the map so he can make his Machine work. The players have to avoid Blue, Green, Orange, and Purple.

- Purple enters Hemlock Woods to kill the Players.
- The Scientist telling the Players to find 14 Fuses to power up a Machine. They find all and insert them.
- The Machine causes the Power in Hemlock Woods to go out.
Strategies[]
- Players shouldn't waste their time to feed Orange, as feeding him takes more time and effort to do, as opposed to hiding from him.
- Players should look out for Purple, since many Players die to it easily. You should also not risk walking past the Vent after it enters the vent, and before it pulls out its hand.

Night 4 is the fourth night of Chapter 1.
About[]
The Scientist tells the players that something went wrong with the Machine, and now that the power is out, they need to activate the facility's Backup Generator, which requires 9 Batteries. The players have to avoid Blue, Green, Orange, and Purple.
Unused[]
There was originally going to be a fifth monster, Pink, and even a sixth monster, Yellow, but both of them went unused in the final release.

- Players can grab a flashlight upon the night starting to the left. This will make the Night much easier.

Night 4 is the fourth night of Chapter 1.
About[]
The Scientist tells the players that they can go home now, but before that, he throws a goodbye party for them. This, of course, is a trick to capture them. The players have to dodge the balloons so they won't pop them, and wake up Blue. However, At the end of the party room, a balloon falls on the fork used to eat cake, and Blue chases the players down the vents. After escaping from the Vents, the players end up in the backyard of the Facility and climb over the fence, ending the Chapter. In the ending cutsence, we see the Scientist who is impressed by the players escaping.

- The players enter the Party Room and get chased by Blue after a Balloon pops.
- They successfully escape from Hemlock Woods and climb over the Fence.
- The Scientist getting ready to catch the the players in Odd World.
Strategies[]
- Blue only enters the room after the Wood has been dropped so the Players do not need to rush this segment.
- Players shouldn't worry too much about Blue, since hes very slow in this chase.

Chapter 2

Hour 1 is the first hour of Chapter 2.
About[]
After escaping Blue in Hemlock Woods, the players are now stuck in a forest and run towards Odd World. There, they meet the Technician, who is trying to break into the theme park by cutting through the fence. The players tell him what happened, but hes not believing it and says it's just their imagination. He then says that he needs help to find the SOS Light to try signaling for help. While they're entering the park, the Scientist releases Blue and Green into Odd World to try catching the players once again. After doing so, he goes and gets "the others", referencing Yellow and Cyan.
After enabling the SOS Light to try calling for help, the Technician enters the Laser Tag Plaza and is impressed by the players for finding the SOS Light. After noticing Blue, the Technician understands what the players meant at the fence and decides they need to get out. His plan is to use a Battering Ram to break open the garage door in hopes of escaping. The Battering Ram needs fuel to work, so the players must find Gas Canisters in order to power it up. While they're discussing on what to do next, Yellow notices them and gets ready to hunt them down.

- The players meet the Technician in the forest after escaping Blue in Hemlock Woods. They are then tasked with finding 25 lightbulbs to activate the SOS Light in ODD World.
- The Scientist releases blue and green from a garage.
- They activate the SOS Light, and the Technician notices Blue, saying that everyone has to escape ODD World. He finds a Battering Ram in a room, and tasks everybody with finding 15 gas canisters to power it so they can escape.
- Yellow leaves his nest to kill the players.

Hour 2 is the second hour of Chapter 2.
About[]
After powering up the Battering Ram, the players and the Technician use the Battering Ram to break down the garage door, which results in Lookies flying out. This causes the players and the Technician to pass out. After the Technician wakes up, he finds himself stuck on Green's Drop Tower. The Scientist then threatens the players to kill the Technician via explosives. In order to let him live, the Scientist tasks the players to collect the 9 Lookies within a time limit of about 15-20 minutes.

- The Technician activates the Battering Ram after the Gas Canisters have been found. which lets out 10 Lookies. The Players, together with the Technician, get knocked out.
- The Scientist telling the Players to collect the 9 Lookies in a time limit of 15-20 minutes, in order to save the Technician from his demise.

Hour 3 is the third hour of Chapter 2.
About[]
After collecting all Lookies, the Scientist deactivates the explosives and lets the Technician live. The Technician climbs into the cart and exits Green's Drop Tower. After arriving at the ground again, the Technician tells the players that hes fine and that theres no time to waste. He says that he has a second escape plan, which is the maintenance exit through Orange's Roller Coaster. However, the entrance to the Roller Coaster is blocked by a Giant Lookie. The Technician says that he would do anything for a piece of cake. He then tasks the players to find Sugar Packs to bake one. While they're getting ready to collect the Sugar Packs, Cyan gets ready to hunt down the players.
If the Players fail to collect all Lookies in time, the Scientist will detonate the explosives. However, the explosives are actually fireworks. While noticing his mistake, a Lookie looks at him. This causes the Scientist to get mad at the Lookie and ask him what hes looking at. After this, the cutsence continues as normal.

- The Technician telling them to find 15 Sugar Packs to bake a cake to distract the Giant Lookie infront of Orange's Cavern Coaster.

Strategies[]
- Players should get the Lookies near the Windmill or inside Purples Lair first, since these are the most dangerous location's later on.
- Players can use Yellow, similar to Hour 2, as an way to get out dangerous situation's easily. However, you'll drop the Lookie you are holding.

Hour 4 is the fourth hour of Chapter 2.
About[]
After baking the cake, the Giant Lookie moves away from the entrance and eats the cake, allowing the Players and the Technician to enter Oranges Roller Coaster.

- The Players succesfully distract the Giant Lookie and enter Orange's Cavern Coaster, together with the Technician.
Strategies[]
- Since all 5 Rainbow Friends are active on this Hour, Players should be even more careful as they can get cornered more easily. Yellow can also be used to get out of dangerous situation's, if hes close.

Hour 5 is the final hour of Chapter 2.
About[]
After entering, the Technician codes a minecart full of lookies that the Players need to follow. The Players enter the cart and take the ride. While doing so, they get ambushed by Cyan. They nearly avoid her and the chase starts. The first Friend the Players encounter is Orange, followed by Blue, and Yellow. At the ending of the ride, Cyan will once again attempt to capture the players. They avoid her and fall down the garbage shaft. After getting up, the Players get to the door and open it. However, Cyan falls down the garbage shaft to and chases the players down. The Players need to run from Cyan.
While they are running from here, they will encounter iron bars with a gap in the middle, where they need to crouch under. After getting through, Cyan will attempt to get through the bars to get the Players, but fails and retreats back to ODD World. In the ending cutsence, the players will see a scene with Blue sleeping in his throne with The Scientist saying they're late for something.
Unused[]
It was discovered that Pink was supposed to make a return after being unused in chapter 1 this hour, but was removed. Their Chapter 2 file name was "pink_skill_check_0" and according to the game files, Pink was supposed to appear at the Blue's Castle area.

- The Players enter the Roller Coaster and leave the Technician behind.
- They successfully avoid all Rainbow Friends and fall down the Garbage Shaft.
- They Successfully escape from Cyan and enter the Elevator.
- The Scientist getting ready for something unknown (Probably preparing for the next attempt at catching The Players).
Strategies[]
- Once you see A Rainbow Friend in the Roller coaster ride, press A or D, depending on which side of the track it is, to avoid it.
- The pattern for the Roller Coaster section is "D D A D".
Trivia
- As of now, every Chapter has the same number of Nights and Hours, that beeing 5.
- As of now, only Hour 3 has an timer and an alternate ending.
- The Friend with the least appearences is Orange, with 3 appearences in total (2 Nights in Chapter 1, 1 Hour in Chapter 2).
- The Friend with the most appearences is Blue, with 10 appearences in total (All Nights and Hours in both Chapters).
- The Events in the Chapters changed in development:
- In Chapter 1, Yellow [Old] and Pink were meant to be introduced in Night 4.
- In Chapter 2, the Objectives in the Hours changed. The Players were meant to collect Batteries and Food Packs for unknown reasons. In Hour 5, Pink was meant to be introduced.
- Its possible the Players were meant to collect the Food Packs on Hour 3 in order to feed Cyan, who appears after completing the Hour. After beeing rescued, the Technician could've tasked the players to collect Batteries in order to power up the Roller Coaster.
